ウクライナの学生への支援について/Support for Ukrainian Students
千葉工業大学は、ウクライナ情勢の悪化に伴い学ぶ場や研究する場を確保できないウクライナの学生を支援するため、本学での学修機会を提供いたします。
Chiba Institute of Technology offer to supporting those who has become unable to secure a place for learning and research due to the deterioration of the situation in Ukraine.
⑴支援の対象について / Eligible Applicants
【大学院・修士課程】
＊次の条件をすべて満たす者
1.ウクライナ情勢の悪化に伴い、学ぶ場や研究する場を確保することができなくなった者
2.ウクライナ国籍を有し、大学を卒業した者または2024年3月31日までに卒業見込みの者
3.キーウ国立工科大学、オスレ・ホンチャルド・ドニプロ国立大学及びドニプロ国立大学に避難しているプリャゾフスキー州立工科大学の学生で、同大学の推薦を受けた者
4.日本語または英語が堪能で、いずれかの言語で授業および研究指導が受けられる者
（受け入れ専攻等については、指導教員とのマッチングを重視する。）
【Graduate School / Master's Program】
* Those who meet all of the following conditions
1. Those who has become unable to secure a place for learning and research due to the deterioration of the situation in Ukraine.
2. Those who are Ukrainian nationality who has graduated from a university or is expected to graduate by March 31, 2024.
3. Those who has recommendation by following universities.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute
Dnipro University of Technology
(including the Pryazovsky Technical University which is temporaly located site of the Dnipro
University of Technology)
4. Those who are fluent in Japanese or English and have access to lessons and research guidance in either language.
(For acceptance majors, etc., emphasis is placed on matching with academic advisors.)
⑵支援の内容について / Assistance Measure Details
【受入支援】
・正規留学生としての受入（全体で5名程度）
・2024年度の春入学（4月）または2024年度の秋入学（9月）
【Acceptance Assistance】
・Acceptance as full-time of International Students (Maximum 5 students)
・Spring enrollment in 2024 (April) or Autumn enrollment in 2024 (September)
【学費支援】
・入学金および授業料を全額免除
【Tuition Fee Assistance】
・Full exemption (admission fee and tuition fee)
【宿舎提供】
・本学学生寮を無償提供（入寮費、寮費、食費、光熱費を免除）
【Housing Assistance】
・Our student's dormitory will be provided free of charge.
(Exemption from entrance dormitory fee, dormitory fee, food fee and utility fee)
【生活支援（支援金等）】
・在学中の生活費として月額5万円を支給
【Living Assistance(Financial support, etc.)】
・Scholarship for 50,000 JPY per month.
【その他の支援】
・入学試験検定料を免除
・その他、状況に応じた支援を検討中
【Other Assistance】
・Exemption from entrance examination fee.
・In addition, support according to circumstances is under consideration.
