Training professionals who can support the future information network society with effective proposals and a little bit extra

Information and Network Science

Information and Network Science

For modern society, the Internet has become an indispensable part of the infrastructure for transmitting information, and professionals who can support this future network have become indispensable, too. To be such a professional, one needs to keep up with the continuously evolving information network technology. And to produce even newer developments, one needs to learn not only software skills, but also about the relationship between networks and information media. The Department of Information and Network Science trains professionals knowledgeable in computers and networks who have also learned about media, security, cognitive science, and psychology ‒ these little extra bits will allow them to play an active role in every kind of business. Our graduates work not only for IT companies, but also in architecture, finance, medical services, and various other fields.
