Human, Social, and Natural Sciences
These subjects for general education are designed for students to acquire and deepen a comprehensive understanding of humans, social systems, international relations and natural science, and include practice to enhance the ability to communicate in English and to develop a healthy mind and body. Fundamental subjects required to pursue science and technological studies at the university are also offered at varying levels according to students’ degree of advancement. The knowledge acquired through these general and fundamental studies forms a foundation to achieve success as a functioning member of society after graduation.

The fundamental subjects in mathematics, physics, chemistry and information processing that are necessary to keep up with the specialized courses at the Faculty of Engineering are offered, along with specific subjects according to the particular needs of individual departments under this Faculty.
[Faculty of Information and Computer Science]
The fundamental subjects to acquire a basic concept of what is studied in each course of this Faculty are offered, along with onsite training in computer and network skills.
